Your Annual Reviews Say You Exceed Expectations...

Your title and your salary stay exactly the same every year. And the only feedback anyone gives you is to work on your visibility and your executive presence with no instructions attached.

What You’ll Walk Away With...

  • What "executive presence" and "visibility" actually mean: Two pieces of feedback women in senior roles get consistently but almost nobody explains how to take action and fix. You'll leave with a concrete definition of each, and a clear view of which one is actually costing you.
  • How to use my CAPE framework to build your Power Story: The framework for turning your experience into the kind of story that makes a senior leader see you at the level you're already operating at. Not a resume walkthrough. Not a list of accomplishments. A story built to get you the recognition you deserve.
  • How to make sure your name and your story are repeated: Your promotion gets decided in a room you're not in. Someone in there has to be able to say why it should be you. You'll learn how to give them that story, which is a different skill from self-promotion, and a much more comfortable one.
  • BONUS for Live Attendees: I'll be sharing the Power Story Playbook with my key frameworks and examples. It's ONLY available to those who show up live. Replay viewers won't get this, so make sure you block the time and join us live!
>> CLAIM MY SEAT AT THE TABLE <<

You've done everything right. But you're still in the same seat.

Your last annual review confirmed it: Exceeds expectations.

And yet...

👉 You don't have the seat at the table you know you deserve
👉 You've watched someone with less experience get the role, the project, or the visibility you were ready for.
👉 When someone senior asks what you do, you hear yourself listing what you executed rather than telling the story of how you contributed strategically.
👉 The feedback you get is vague. Presence. Visibility. Nobody tells you what to actually change.

And you're done with...

Being the person everything runs through, and not the person who gets promoted.

Stretch projects that lead to more stretch projects.

Putting your head down, working hard, and waiting to be noticed by people who are not looking.

Hearing "you're doing great" in a review that changes nothing.

Watching less-qualified colleagues get promoted while you wait your turn

Fumbling, freezing or rambling in high stakes meetings and interviews

>> I'M IN FOR THE MASTERCLASS! <<

Here's what they actually mean.

"You lack executive presence."

They can't picture you in front of a room full of C-suite executives, owning it. Not surviving it. Owning it.

"You need to work on your visibility."

The people who don't report to you and don't manage you don't know your story well enough to advocate for you when you're not in the room.

One is how you land when you're there. The other is what people say about you when you're not.

And they run on the same thing: the story people can tell about you, starting with the one you tell about yourself.

Women who get this feedback are in what I call The Articulation Gap: when you're operating strategically but still speaking like someone who executes.

This is for you if...

âś… You're a senior manager, director or above, and you've been at your level longer than you planned to be
✅
You've been told to work on your presence or your visibility, and nobody has told you what that means
✅
You're doing exceptional work and it isn't moving you
✅
You'd rather fix this before your next review cycle than after it.

This isn't for you if

❌ You're looking for interview scripts to memorize. We build your unique positioning language, not a template.
❌ You want to be told your work should speak for itself. I'm going to tell you the opposite.
❌ You can't make the live session and don't intend to watch the replay within 48 hours. This only works if you do the thing.

>> I'M READY TO BUILD MY POWER STORY <<

Maya spent five years in the same role...

Not because she wasn't good at it. Her reviews said the opposite.

She interviewed internally for a more senior role, one she was qualified for, one people had told her out loud she'd be great in. She didn't get it. The feedback was that she lacked executive presence. That was all anyone gave her.

"People were telling me I'd be good for this role. But when I presented myself, I was not showing that at all."

She joined my group program and we built her Power Stories. The language that made her leadership legible to people who had never once watched her do the job. And she said what she wanted out loud, to people two levels above her.

By the end of sixteen weeks she'd been promoted into a senior role.

A few months later, promoted again, this time leading a team.

Her company was restructuring. The people around her were let go. She was promoted.

That's not something anyone celebrates, and she didn't. But it's worth naming what happens in those rooms, because the same thing decides who stays as decides who gets promoted. Someone senior has to be able to say what you're worth. Out loud. Without you there.

"I want to go from being passed over to being sought after."
—  what Maya said on our first call

Hi, I'm Priya

Story Architect & Keynote Speaker

Being on national television made me an expert at telling captivating stories that keep people's attention.

When you're memorable, you get more opportunities. That's how I went from working at a small local station to being on national TV in just five years. It's the same reason I've landed every job I've ever interviewed for and how I doubled my salary in two years when I worked at prestigious tech companies including Hootsuite, Slack, and Salesforce.

It isn't guesswork. It isn't just charisma. I have storytelling down to a science.

My superpower is to instantly see the magic and power of the story you NEED to share to stand out. I know how to identify your genius and the most powerful way to articulate it.

You Might Be Wondering...

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. The replay goes out for 48 hours. But the Power Story Playbook is only shared in the room, and the women who show up live are the ones who leave having actually built something.

Is this for people who are job hunting?

It works either way, but it's built for women who are currently in a senior role and not moving. If you're in an active search, you'll get a lot out of it and the frameworks are the same whether you're interviewing for a new job or a promotion.

How long is it?

Sixty minutes, live on Zoom, starting at 12pm ET on October 14th. Bring something to write with.

Is there anything to buy?

No. There's an offer at the end for women who want to continue the conversation, and nothing you need to buy to get the full value of the session.
